These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SellAIBots ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SellAIBots white-label AI chatbot platform, websites, and services (collectively, "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Our Services use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may require human review.
Our platform pricing is displayed on our website and in your dashboard. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Your Pricing Freedom: You have complete freedom to set your own pricing for your clients. You may charge any amount you choose, including $0 (free). We do not limit, control, or take any portion of what you charge your end clients. Your client relationships and revenue are entirely yours.
All our payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Our Services use AI to generate chatbot responses and content. You acknowledge and agree that:
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content, configurations, and training data you provide. Subject to these Terms, you own the AI-generated outputs created from your inputs. We retain the right to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our Services.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds may not be available for: services after the 30-day period, usage overages, or abuse of the refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by SellAIBots and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, we grant you the right to:

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLAIBOTS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SellAIBots and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, (d) your content or configurations, or (e) your end clients' use of chatbots you deploy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
